Your data is secure, as we only use subcontractors who comply with the provisions of Regulation 679/2016 and provide sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data. Your data will be transmitted to the competent Romanian authorities when there is a legal obligation to do so. The data you provide through our website is processed by the website hosting company, which holds the storage space and email servers. There is a contract between us and the hosting company with clear clauses that include the obligations of both legal entities to secure personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, or destruction. Your data is transmitted to the hosting company that provides our website hosting and email service. The servers are located in the European Union.

You have the right to request access to your data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. If you object to the processing of your data, we will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with the service.

Your data is not transferred to a third country or an international organization.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
The retention period for your personal data is as provided by the applicable legislation. If applicable, the data will be retained for an additional 3 years beyond this period, based on our legitimate interest in defending ourselves in court.
